Green Feast 2015

Green Feast is an annual fundraising dinner: a unique farm-to-table experience with renowned chefs celebrating what is local, seasonal, and delicious. With its renown purveyor and chef support, and a sold out crowd seven years running, Green Feast has established itself as the hallmark farm-to-table dining experience in Southern California. The al fresco evening begins with an Eco App Off, in which Orange County’s most notable chefs come together in friendly competition to create hors d’oeuvres and a four-course meal. As the sun sets, guests join together around a long communal table (set in front of a 26 acre working organic farm) to enjoy a family-style, four-course dinner crafted with 100% local ingredients (sourced within a 250-mile radius of The Ecology Center). Storytelling is an integral part of the dinner, as participating notable chefs, organic farmers, ranchers, fisherman, winemakers, bakers, and cheesemakers share stories about the creation of the meal.
