Really simple technique with pretty impressive results:<\/p>\n

SB800 in 24″ softbox on a boom – above the model M x1\/2
\nSB800 in broken snoot* with stacked up red and pink gels – making splash on the wall M x1\/8
\nFired with SU800<\/p>\n

Nikon D300 + 24-70 f2.8
\n1\/250s f5
\nISO 100<\/p>\n

*broken snoot – snoot I made from black foamcore w\/mylar inside – I call it “broken” because is squeezed and so out of shape, it doesn’t hold round shape anymore. But it gives interesting (and every time a little different) pattern.<\/p>\n
