Male Fashion Photography // Model: John Caraccioli

I Have to admit – I’m not a true fashion photographer. I don’t really follow the trends or keep up with new and “hot” designers. I don’t have a deep knowledge of the fashion history. I do work with the industry people – yes, but I was never really interested in who are they wearing. My focus instead, is on the person. I always liked to see some character in men, and passion in the eyes of a woman. That’s why I really like male fashion photography. While female models are often beautiful enough by themselves, men need to stand out in order to take quality pictures.

When photographing men I like when their personalities come through, especially when it is a really masculine story. Like the one I did with John Caraccioli below.
