Antelope Valley Engagement Session // Amanda and Robert

Antelope Valley engagement session with Amanda and Robert
My original plan was to do this photo shoot at the flower fields near Lancaster. Almost every spring (if there was enough rain during the winter)  all of Antelope Valley gets carpeted with California Poppies. Unfortunately, when we arrived the it was super windy. It was almost impossible to leave the car. Not mentioning having an engagement photo shoot. Luckily I knew about an abandoned orchard nearby, so we decided to shoot there instead. That become an excellent idea as photos turned out great! At the end of a day, despite heavy wind, we managed to get few flower field shots too :)
As for Amanda and Robert – with so much love between them – we could shoot it anywhere, in any weather, and I wouldn’t get a bad photo: Check some of my favorites below. Enjoy!

Where was the abandoned orchard located?

I don’t remember exactly, but it was one of the West streets off of HWY 138.
